Family medical Clinic of Greater Sacramento is offering a MAT program for patients who are in need for Medical Assisted Treatment for opiate dependence. As we all know there is a high demand for patients who are in need of help from opiate, alcohol and other illicit drugs dependence and addiction. The resources available out there is not enough.
Our goal at Family medical Clinic of Greater Sacramento is to help patients to detox safely by utilizing Medication Assisted Program and to teach them coping skills to stay sober and to live a productive life in the community. We have a very close collaboration with Bella Nirvana Center who are strictly involved in above complex medical problem.

To be eligible to the MAT program the following patients needs to be:
- Must attend an Induction session for assessment with the doctor.
- Complaint with the program.
- Refrain from using illicit drugs in order to participate to the program.
- Must attend a group class to learn coping skills and relapse prevention.
- Must attending NA or AA meeting.
